These Terms and Conditions apply to all course bookings made via this website.

This website is operated by Performance Craft Collective Limited, trading as The Festival of Voice (โweโ, โusโ, โourโ). Registered Company No. 16986205
By making a booking on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Course Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and you have received written confirmation by email.
2. Fees & Payment
Participants may choose to either pay the full Festival Pass fee at the time of booking or utilise one of the available Payment Plan options, as outlined below.
Paying in full
A 15% non-refundable deposit is charged as part of your Festival Pass at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable immediately unless selecting a Payment Plan.
Payment Plan Options
Early Booking Payment Plan (Three-Part Plan)
(available for bookings made before 17 April 2026)
- A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place
- A second instalment of 42.5% is due 30 days after the initial payment
- A final instalment of 42.5% is due 60 days after the initial payment
Example: If a deposit is paid on 3 March 2026, the second instalment is due on 2 April 2026 and the final instalment is due on 2 May 2026.
Bookings made after 17 April 2026 are not eligible for this plan.
Standard Payment Plan (Two-Part Plan)
(available for bookings made from 18 April to 1 July 2026)
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your place of which 15% is non-refundable
- The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days after the initial payment, or by 1 July 2026 (whichever is sooner)
For bookings made after 1 June 2026, where the 30-day period would extend beyond 1 July 2026, the remaining balance must be paid in full by 1 July 2026.
Important Dates & Conditions
- From 7 June 2026, all deposits become strictly non-refundable as final participant numbers are confirmed with the venue
- From 1 July 2026, all bookings must be paid in full at the time of registration
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- The 15% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the participant at any time.
- Any refund of fees paid beyond the deposit is subject to the cancellation terms below.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
3a. Cancellations by the Participant
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
- Cancellations made on or before 7 June 2026
You will receive a refund of any fees paid minus the non-refundable deposit. - Cancellations made between 8 June and 30 June 2026 (inclusive)
You will be liable for 75% of the total Festival fee. Any payments already made will be deducted from this amount, and the remaining balance (if any) will be payable. - Cancellations made on or after 1 July 2026
You will be liable for 100% of the total Festival fee, and no refund will be issued.
3b. Cancellations or Changes by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or make reasonable changes to a course (including staff, venue, or schedule) where necessary.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:
pandemics or epidemics, public health restrictions, acts of government, changes in law, travel disruption, strikes, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, war, terrorism, or the unavailability of venues or essential personnel.
Where such circumstances arise, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or amend a course. In such cases, participants will be offered:
- a transfer to a future course (subject to availability), or
- a full refund of all fees paid
Refunds will be limited to fees paid directly to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (including, but not limited to, travel, accommodation, or insurance).
4. Course Participation
Participants are expected to:
- engage respectfully with staff and fellow participants,
- follow reasonable instructions related to health, safety, and safeguarding,
- ensure they are physically and vocally fit to take part.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove a participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. In such cases, no refund will be due.
5. Accommodation & Facilities
Where accommodation or facilities are shown on the website, images are for illustrative purposes only. While room types may be guaranteed, specific rooms cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, handouts, recordings, and content provided or created during the course remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
7. Recording, Photography and Media Use
7a. Participant Recording
Participants may make audio recordings of their own individual lessons or coaching sessions only with the prior consent of the faculty member concerned.
Recording of masterclasses, rehearsals, ensemble sessions, lectures, or performances requires the consent of the faculty member and any identifiable individuals.
Recordings made for personal reference must not be shared publicly without permission.
7b. Sharing on Social Media
We warmly encourage participants to share their Festival experience online.
Photographs and short informal clips that capture the atmosphere of the Festival โ such as social moments, venue spaces, warm-ups, or public performances โ may be shared on personal social media accounts, provided that:
- All identifiable individuals have given their consent
- No full teaching sessions, masterclasses, or performances are posted
- The content reflects the professional integrity of the Festival and its artists
Please tag the Festival where appropriate and credit faculty members respectfully. By tagging the Festival, you grant us permission to reshare your public posts across our official channels.
Use of any Festival material for commercial purposes or for training artificial intelligence systems is strictly prohibited without express written consent.
7c. Festival Recording
We, the Festival, may photograph, audio-record, and film sessions and performances for archival, educational, and promotional purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable UK data protection law.
Participants who prefer not to appear in promotional materials should notify the Festival in writing before the course. We will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Otherwise, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the course.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
